How to Use (General Guidelines): Dissolve Sugar: Add 6-7 kg of sugar to 21 liters of warm water (around 30°C) and stir until fully dissolved Add Yeast: Stir the 120g packet of yeast into the sugar-water mixture. Ferment: Maintain a temperature between 20-30°C (optimal ~25°C) for 3-5 days, ensuring enough headspace in the fermenter for vigorous fermentation. (Refer to instructions on package) Net weight 120g.
