Imposter or Impostor (Engl., "Hochstapler") Skilfully disguises his true intentions, dispels doubt and directs suspicion to others. This is how the imposter wins: he must remain undetected for as long as possible and guess the secret word before the other players expose him based on his answers. How it works: Choose one of the 22 challenges and take as many challenge cards as other players. One of them must be the Imposter card, the rest are Insider cards. Shuffles the cards and distributes them covered. Everyone is looking at their role. A random player names a number between 1 and 26. On your challenge cards next to this number is the secret term. Imposter only says "Imposter" everywhere - he does not know the term. Optional game variant with categories to help the imposter: With the help of the respective code card, you can also play with categories. All players call a word one after the other that matches the secret term. For the insiders: Answer that the Imposter does not get on too easily. For the Imposter thinking, think creatively around the corner so as not to stand out and try to guess the secret word. Watch out, the Imposter hat per challenge only once has the chance to guess the word. If this goes wrong, he has lost and revealed himself! After each round, you can discuss and vote who the Imposter is. If you are wrong, you can suspect a new potential connection in the next round and throw it out of the game. The term can be guessed at any time, but only once per game. The game also wins if he manages to remain undetected a set number of rounds in the game (e.g. 5 rounds).
